Julian Grumer is a Vienna-based digital artist and VFX compositor. After studying film and media
in Vienna and media and technology at University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten, he specialized
in Digital Arts at the Film Academy Vienna. His portfolio includes major productions such as John
Wick: Chapter 4, The Marvels, and The French Dispatch.
Beginning his career in TV editing, Grumer gained early VFX experience at ARRI Munich and
served as an editing assistant at Neulandfilm. Beyond post-production, he writes and directs
short films and specializes in modern workflows involving AI integration and real-time
rendering via VVVV.
